Typical after-hours response is 2-3 hours within our standard service area. For active flooding, we walk you through emergency shut-off over the phone while a tech is en route.
Do you charge extra for after-hours service?
Standard after-hours dispatch fee applies. We do NOT charge inflated emergency labor rates — same flat rates as business hours once the tech arrives. We tell you the dispatch fee on the phone before dispatching.
What should I do until you arrive?
Shut off water at the main if it’s a leak. Shut off gas at the meter if you smell gas. Move belongings out of standing water. For sewage backup, don’t flush anything. We walk through specifics on the call.
