- Payment information when you pay for service: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Reviews and testimonials you submit voluntarily, including your name and any photos you provide.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data through Google Analytics: pages visited, time on site, clicks, device type, browser, approximate location based on IP, and referring source.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small data files stored in your browser used for site functionality, analytics, and (if you opt in) personalized retargeting through Google Ads or Meta. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use the consent banner on the Site.
- Server logs: standard request logs including IP address, timestamp, and pages requested.
- Heat-map / session recordings through Microsoft Clarity: anonymized recordings of how visitors interact with the Site. No keystrokes in form fields are recorded.
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiry, provide estimates, schedule and perform service.
- Send service-related communications: appointment reminders, follow-up after service, invoicing.
- Send promotional communications only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- Process payments through Stripe.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run the business: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Brevo), analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), hosting (Cloudways), CRM and scheduling (ServiceTitan), review management. Each provider is contractually limited to using your data only on our behalf.
- For legal compliance when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights.
- In a business transfer: if CTPS is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the acquiring party, subject to this Policy.
Your Rights — Texas Data Privacy Rights (TDPSA)
